does a DIY wind turbine actually produce enoough electricity to be worth it? how much?

i live in oregon… i would guess our average wind speed is 10-20 mph….
anyway, how how much power does one produce? any stories on going wind power only???? any ideas. thanks

Depends on what part of Oregon you live in. You need a constant breeze of at least 8mph.
