Hi,
The CFL bulbs are a bit costly so you’ll be hard pressed to find people donating. What you should do id call your state energy council & see if they have any programs currently running. By that i mean a few years ago our store was given thousands of light bulbs & fixtures that we had to sell at .99 cents (bulbs) the fixtures were a bit more. They work great, last for years & the best thing to make them last is to not constantly turn them on & off.
